Job summary

GarudaFood—a prominent FMCG manufacturer—seeks an Inventory Visibility & Optimization Officer to oversee stock health across depo points from the Bintaro area. You will monitor inventory, ensure availability, and drive replenishment to meet demand.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in inventory management and logistics, with strong Excel and ERP skills, ABC analysis understanding, forecasting capability, and cost optimization focus. Permanent, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Inventory Management and Logistic Operation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP software, ABC analysis method, and statistical methods for developing optimization methods.
• Possesses knowledge and competencies in Inventory Strategic, Technology & Management, Warehouse Management, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Financial Acumen.

Responsibilities

• Managing inventory through continuous monitoring and control of warehouse stock to ensure items are always available in sufficient quantities to meet needs or demand.
• Evaluating and managing DOI, expired dates, and product quarantine processes to optimize product availability across all depo points.
• Conducting demand forecasting analysis based on historical data and market trends to identify products with strong market relevance.
• Analyzing stock availability to improve operational efficiency and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
