Job summary

Erdigma Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for PT Erha Idea Cipta Karsa (EICK). The role ensures stock accuracy and visibility across multiple Fulfillment Centers and manufacturing warehouses, supporting operational efficiency and preventing stock discrepancies.

About The Role

PT Erha Idea Cipta Karsa (EICK) is part of Erdigma Group, focusing on building strong operational excellence through innovation, supply chain optimization, and customer-focused business processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to ensure stock accuracy and inventory visibility across multiple Fulfillment Centers and manufacturing warehouses. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory movement, optimizing stock allocation, and supporting operational efficiency to prevent stock discrepancies, overstock, and stock shortages.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform stock reconciliation regularly with Fulfillment Center partners and ensure inventory data accuracy in internal systems
• Monitor inventory movement and stock availability across multiple warehouse and Fulfillment Center locations
• Analyze stock aging, slow-moving products, and inventory trends to support stock optimization
• Coordinate stock transfers, product returns, and disposal processes according to company procedures
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports including stock aging and stock movement analysis
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Fulfillment Center partners, and related teams for stock opname and inventory audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse administration, or supply chain operations
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel for stock reconciliation, reporting, and inventory data analysis
• Understanding of inventory management concepts such as safety stock, stock aging, slow-moving products, and stock coverage
• Familiar with WMS, ERP, or inventory monitoring systems is a plus
• Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to coordinate professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying stock discrepancies
• Comfortable working with operational reports, inventory systems, and stock monitoring processes
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with vendors, Fulfillment Centers, and internal teams
• Having experience in e-commerce, logistics, or multi-location warehouse operations is preferred
• Willing be based in Purbalingga, Central Java
