Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support Finished Goods warehouse operations. You will maintain accurate inventory records, process and verify delivery orders and stock transfers, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Collaborating with production, logistics, and sales, you will generate regular inventory reports, organize filing systems, and assist with stock counts to uphold efficient and compliant warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, or related field.
• 1–3 years in warehouse administration or inventory control.
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory records for finished goods, including incoming, outgoing, and stock movements.
• Process and verify warehouse-related documentation (delivery orders, shipping manifests, GRNs, stock transfer forms).
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales for timely information exchange on finished goods availability and dispatch.
• Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory levels and discrepancies.
• Prepare and organize physical and digital filing systems for warehouse documents.
• Support regular stock counts and reconciliation activities.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about order status and delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized administrative workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
