Responsible for day-to-day inventory monitoring, PO tracking, Master Data management, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) contract administration. This role acts as the operational checkpoint to prevent stockouts, eliminate potential dead stock, standardize global material coding, and optimize store operational performance through clear reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations & Master Data
- Inventory & PO Tracking: Monitor daily inventory supply levels and track Purchase Order (PO) processing progress to guarantee consistent replenishment.
- Master Data Management: Process daily requests for Material Code creation and oversee Global Coding governance to ensure cross-system data accuracy.
- Risk Mitigation: Audit special-order Purchase Requests (PRs) daily to identify and minimize dead stock risks before procurement execution.
- VMI Administration: Perform weekly and monthly tracking of VMI contract statuses, proactive renewal progress, and vendor execution.
- Cost Governance: Review and audit parts purchase pricing for VMI supplies to ensure alignment with contractual agreements.
- Vendor Tracking: Deliver weekly and monthly VMI performance reports to evaluate vendor reliability and operational SLAs.
Reporting & Strategic Inventory Analysis
- Store Performance Monitoring: Track store inventory availability and generate weekly and monthly Store Operation Performance reports.
- Out-of-Stock Prevention: Conduct regular inventory trend analysis and propose optimal reorder quantities/safety stock targets to eliminate stockout risks.
- Executive Updates: Synthesize operational data into clear weekly and monthly dashboards for management decision-making.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
- Willing to relocate to Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau (is a must)
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in inventory control, material governance, or vendor-managed inventory operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with direct experience in Material Master Data/ Global Coding workflows.
- Analytical thinking, dead stock mitigation, strong attention to master data details, and clear report structure for leadership visibility.
