Job summary

Multi Bintang Indonesia is hiring a Warehouse Administrator based in Sampang Agung, Mojokerto – Surabaya. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, covering stock management, documentation, excise control, and daily coordination that supports our supply chain performance and compliance.

This role is ideal for detail‑oriented, proactive individuals who enjoy operational excellence in a fast‑paced FMCG environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Preferably experience in warehouse operations or logistics; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular stock takes in line with SOPs to ensure data accuracy and material traceability.
• Execute receiving, sorting, storing, delivering, and supplying processes to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound materials are accurate, damage-free, and follow FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Process documentation and data entries accurately and on time for proper traceability and compliance.
• Manage excise document control and maintain close communication with excise officers to ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Conduct performance measurement, reporting, and reviews for your operational area to achieve KPI targets.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and uphold safety and hygiene standards.
