Pengiklan Anonim in Jakarta seeks an Inventory Supervisor – Interior & Material to oversee stock of materials, furniture, fixtures, and interior products for multiple projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture and at least four years’ experience in inventory control, sourcing, and purchasing, with strong Excel and basic AutoCAD knowledge.

Minimum S1 in Interior Design, Architecture
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Inventory, Material Management, Purchasing, Interior Design, Furniture, Retail, or related industry
Good understanding of Interior Design, furniture, materials, finishes, fixtures, and decorative items
Strong understanding of Inventory Management, including stock control, quantity, availability, and material tracking
Understand Pricing, Costing, and Price Comparison
Understand basic Quantity Surveying (QS), including quantity measurement, quantity take-off, material costing, and price comparison
Understand Quality Control (QC) and able to check the quality, specifications, and condition of materials/products
Experience in material sourcing and purchasing is preferred
Able to accompany the Owner in selecting and purchasing materials, furniture, and interior products
Able to evaluate materials/products based on quality, specifications, quantity, pricing, and suitability
Detail-oriented and able to accurately record and document purchases, materials, and inventory
Good communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other interior design software is an advantage
Willing to work outside the office and conduct frequent field visits to suppliers, stores, showrooms, exhibitions, and project locations
Experience in supporting new store/showroom opening is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor inventory of materials, furniture, fixtures, and interior products
Accompany the Owner during material/product selection and purchasing activities
Visit suppliers, stores, and showrooms to support material sourcing and purchasing
Assist in evaluating quality, specifications, quantity, pricing, and suitability of materials/products
Check the quality and condition of materials/products before and during purchasing
Assist with quantity measurement, quantity take-off, costing, and price comparison
Monitor inventory, stock levels, quantity, availability, and material usage
Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, quantities, prices, specifications, and inventory
Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotation, pricing, specifications, quality, availability, and delivery
Conduct Quality Control (QC) to ensure materials/products meet the required standards
Ensure purchased materials/products are in accordance with the agreed quality, quantity, specifications, pricing, and budget
Prepare inventory, purchasing, and material reports
