Job summary

PT Pand International Design is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to review drawings, prepare BOQ and budgets, and analyze unit rates for materials, labor, and subcontractors. You will compare supplier quotations, support procurement, and track costs against budget in a dynamic interior fit-out environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, reads construction drawings fluently, and can perform value engineering and cost control to drive project profitability.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant quantity surveying or construction field.
• Experience in cost planning, estimating, or cost control.
• Experience in interior fit-out or office renovation is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read construction and interior drawings.
• Strong knowledge of materials pricing and Excel.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimating, cost planning, or cost control.
• Experience in interior fit-out / office renovation / construction is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Able to read construction and interior drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and pricing.
• Good Excel skills and comfortable working with large quantities of data.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
