Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an Interior Design procurement professional to support material selection and purchasing for furniture, retail, hospitality, and residential projects. The role requires a D3/S1 in design and 2–3 years of relevant experience.

You will visit suppliers, assess quality, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery within budget. AutoCAD/SketchUp skills are a plus for project work.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Interior Design, Furniture, Retail, Hospitality, Residential, or Commercial projects.
• Understand inventory management, pricing, costing and price comparison.
• Knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS) related to materials, measurement, and costing.
• Experience with Quality Control (QC) to check material specifications and quality.
• Experience in material sourcing and purchasing is preferred.
• Able to accompany the Owner in material/product selection and purchasing.
• Detail-oriented and able to record and document purchases accurately.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors; conduct field visits to suppliers, stores, showrooms, and project locations.

Responsibilities

• Visit suppliers, stores, showrooms, and other locations to source and select materials/products.
• Assist the Owner in evaluating quality, specifications, quantity, pricing, and suitability.
• Check the quality and condition of materials/products during purchasing.
• Assist with quantity measurement, quantity take-off, costing, and price comparison.
• Monitor inventory, quantity, and availability of materials/products.
• Record and maintain detailed information on purchased materials/products, quantities, prices, suppliers, and specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotation, pricing, specifications, quality, availability, and delivery.
• Ensure purchased materials/products meet required quality, quantity, specifications, and budget.
• Support showroom preparation and setup process.

Job description

Good understanding of interior design, furniture, materials, finishes, and decorative items

Understand inventory management, including quantity and availability of materials/products

Understand pricing, costing, and price comparison

Have knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS), particularly material quantity, measurement, and costing

Understand Quality Control (QC) and able to check the quality and specifications of materials/products

Experience in material sourcing and purchasing is preferred

Able to accompany the Owner in selecting and purchasing materials/products
