Posisi ini melibatkan analisis inventaris, dukungan perencanaan kapasitas, dan kerja sama lintas tim terkait gudang dan rantai pasokan dalam model kerja hybrid di Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 1–3 tahun pengalaman di Inventory, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, atau Operations.
• Mampu bekerja dengan angka dan data, terutama Excel/Google Sheets.
• Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
• Teliti dan terorganisir dalam menindaklanjuti tugas.
• Mau bekerja secara praktis dan belajar tentang operasi inventaris.
• Keterampilan komunikasi dan kerja tim yang baik.
• Pengalaman SQL atau alat BI adalah nilai tambah.

Responsibilities

• Memantau kinerja inbound, kapasitas, dan outbound serta menyoroti celah.
• Melacak kesehatan inventaris, termasuk DOI, stock buruk, dan pergerakan stok.
• Membantu menganalisis isu inventaris dan mendukung inisiatif untuk mengurangi stock buruk.
• Mendukung perencanaan kapasitas dan rebalancing inventaris antar hub.
• Menindaklanjuti SO/PO tertunda dan pergerakan inventaris lainnya.
• Mendukung proses inventaris harian seperti RTV, write-off, konsumsi internal, dan backhaul.
• Membantu analisis ad-hoc dan permintaan operasional lain saat diperlukan.
• Bekerja sama dengan tim Supply Chain, Warehouse, dan Hub untuk menyelesaikan isu inventaris.

About the Role

As an Inventory Operations Associate, you’ll support the team in keeping inventory healthy and operations running smoothly. You’ll work with data to monitor stock movement, spot issues, and help the team find practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Monitor inbound, capacity, and outbound performance and highlight any gaps.
• Track inventory health, including DOI, bad stock, and stock movement.
• Help analyze inventory issues and support initiatives to reduce bad stock.
• Support capacity planning and inventory rebalancing across hubs.
• Follow up on pending SO/PO and other inventory movements.
• Support day-to-day inventory processes such as RTV, write-off, internal consumption, and backhaul.
• Help with ad-hoc analysis and operational requests when needed.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Hub teams to solve inventory-related issues.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• 1–3 years of experience in Inventory, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, or Operations.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized in following up on tasks.
• Willing to be hands-on and learn about inventory operations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• SQL or BI tools experience is a plus
