Astro Indonesia mencari seorang Dry Inbound Junior Manager untuk mengawasi operasional inbound harian, memastikan penerimaan akurat, alur inventori, dan pemanfaatan tenaga kerja secara efektif. Anda akan memimpin tim lapangan, berkoordinasi dengan pemangku kepentingan, dan mendorong kinerja operasional melalui perencanaan berbasis data dan eksekusi langsung.

Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman gudang minimal 5 tahun, setidaknya 2 tahun sebagai supervisor, kemampuan perencanaan tenaga kerja,

Qualifications

• Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman gudang, 2 tahun sebagai supervisor.
• Paham proses gudang end-to-end, termasuk penerimaan akurat dan multiple pick.
• Pengalaman perencanaan tenaga kerja, menerjemahkan forecast ke kebutuhan operasional.
• Kepemimpinan, komunikasi, manajemen pemangku kepentingan, negosiasi.
• Dapat bekerja di lingkungan cepat, 24/7, termasuk akhir pekan.
• Mahir MS Office / G-Suite, khususnya Excel/Sheets.
• Integritas, keselamatan kerja, dan kepatuhan SOP.
• Keterampilan analitik data dengan eksekusi lapangan.

Responsibilities

• Mengawasi operasional inbound harian, akurasi penerimaan, alur kerja, dan aliran gudang.
• Terjemahkan ramalan menjadi rencana tenaga kerja dan pastikan shift coverage.
• Memimpin operator di inbound, picking, packing, dan aktivitas gudang terkait.
• Memantau produktivitas, SLA, biaya per piece, kualitas, dan kinerja operasional.
• Koordinasi dengan Supply Chain, kategori, driver/PX, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya.
• Pastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP, kesehatan, keselamatan, keamanan, dan standar 5S.
• Analisis laporan operasional dan dorong perbaikan produktivitas, biaya, dan layanan.
• Kembangkan tim, kelola kehadiran/roster, dan penegakan disiplin di lapangan.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

About this Position

As our Dry Inbound Junior Manager, you will oversee daily inbound operations, ensuring smooth receiving, accurate inventory flow, and efficient manpower utilization. You will lead the ground team, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive operational performance through a balance of data-driven planning and hands-on execution.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Oversee daily inbound operations, receiving accuracy, workflow, and warehouse flow.
• Translate forecasts into manpower plans and ensure optimal shift coverage.
• Lead operators across inbound, picking, packing, and related warehouse activities.
• Monitor productivity, SLA, cost per piece, quality, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Category, drivers/PX, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, health, safety, hygiene, security, and 5S standards.
• Analyze operational reports and drive improvements in productivity, cost, and service level.
• Coach the team, manage attendance/rosters, and ensure discipline and execution on the ground.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years at Supervisor level, preferably in fresh product, retail, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and inbound processes, including receiving accuracy and multiple pick.
• Experienced in manpower planning, translating forecasts into operational requirements, and managing shift coverage.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, cost awareness, and people development skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in MS Office / G-Suite, especially Excel/Google Sheets formulas and Google Slides.
• Strong ownership, integrity, safety awareness, and strict adherence to SOPs and operational standards.
• Able to balance data-driven analysis with hands-on execution, with an agile and fast-paced working style.
