Job summary

Facetology is seeking an Inventory & Asset Management Senior Staff in Jakarta to maintain accurate inventory and fixed asset records within our ERP system. You will reconcile, monitor discrepancies, and coordinate periodic stock counts and asset verifications across departments.

You will ensure proper documentation, support audits, and drive improvements in inventory control and asset depreciation in line with our policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Inventory Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, or General Accounting.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, fixed asset accounting, and accounting principles.
• Experience using ERP systems (Odoo, or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and fixed asset records in the accounting/ERP system.
• Perform inventory and fixed asset reconciliations with the General Ledger on a regular basis.
• Monitor inventory movements and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Coordinate periodic stock counts (stock opname) and fixed asset verification with relevant departments.
• Maintain the fixed asset register, including acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation.
• Record inventory and asset transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare inventory and fixed asset reports for month-end and year-end closing.
• Ensure proper documentation and approval for inventory and asset transactions.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis.
• Monitor inventory valuation and fixed asset depreciation in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance inventory and asset control.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate inventory and asset management.
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies and financial regulations.
