Job summary

Sacred Cacao is seeking a Sales Coordinator – International & Online Sales to support and grow our international and online channels from Bali. You will work with the Sales Manager to develop opportunities and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities include coordinating export orders, handling inquiries and negotiations, maintaining the international pipeline, and driving online sales across our website and major marketplaces while collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or sales coordination.
• Experience in international sales, export, e-commerce, FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer products is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Comfortable working with sales targets, reports, and commercial data.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop international customers, distributors, importers, and business opportunities.
• Manage and follow up with existing and potential international customers.
• Handle sales inquiries, quotations, negotiations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Maintain regular communication with international customers and distributors.
• Prepare quotations, price lists, proposals, and other sales materials.
• Coordinate export orders and customer requirements with internal teams.
• Maintain an updated international sales pipeline and customer database.
• Monitor international sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate daily online sales activities across the website and major platforms.
• Monitor online sales, orders, conversion, promotions, and platform performance.
• Develop initiatives to improve online sales and customer conversion.
• Coordinate online promotions and campaigns with Marketing.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate order fulfillment with relevant teams.
• Ensure customer inquiries and order-related issues are followed up promptly.
• Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Monitor sales targets, pipeline, and account performance.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend initiatives to improve revenue.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, Operations, and Finance as required.
• Ensure timely follow-up on sales activities and actions.
