Job summary

You will establish communication, present products, and negotiate with international customers while coordinating the export process.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in international marketing or export/import, with fluent English and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree from any discipline.
• 1–2 years in International Marketing / Export-Import.
• Knowledge of flavor, fragrance, food ingredients, or essential oil.
• Understanding export regulations and safety standards for destinations.
• Strong communication and negotiation with international buyers.
• English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Experience using B2B platforms.
• Detail-oriented with export documentation.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop export markets and source international buyers for flavor, fragrance, food ingredients, and essential oil products.
• Establish communication, offer products, and conduct negotiations with overseas customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on orders.
• Manage export processes and documentation including invoices and packing lists.
• Conduct market research and monitor global industry trends.
