Job summary

UD Javagri Karya Utama in Indonesia is seeking a proactive International Marketing Specialist to develop export markets and identify overseas buyers for flavor, fragrance, food ingredients, and essential oils. You will establish communication, present products, and negotiate with international customers while coordinating the export process.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in international marketing or export/import, with fluent English and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree from any discipline.
• 1–2 years in International Marketing / Export-Import.
• Knowledge of flavor, fragrance, food ingredients, or essential oil.
• Understanding export regulations and safety standards for destinations.
• Strong communication and negotiation with international buyers.
• English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Experience using B2B platforms.
• Detail-oriented with export documentation.

About you

• Understanding of export regulations for food products, raw materials, or essential oil including quality and safety standards of destination countries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with international buyers
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are an advantage
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze global industry trends
• Experience using B2B platforms
• Attention to detail in administration and ability to manage export documentation
