Job summary

PT Sahabat Surya Electrindo in Jakarta Utara is seeking an Internal Sales professional to support business development in industrial automation products. You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone, prepare quotations, and gather initial information on customer needs and projects.

The ideal candidate has a SMK or related technical background, strong communication, Excel proficiency, and is eager to work with Sales, Engineering, Warehouse, and Administration teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMK in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience as Internal Sales / Sales Support is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of PLC, HMI, Inverter/VFD, Servo Motor, or Industrial Automation is an advantage.
• English language ability is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

Receive and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and telephone

Create and send quotations to customers

Follow up on quotations and customer requirements

Gather initial information regarding customer needs and projects

Contact potential customers and arrange appointments for outdoor sales visits

Provide information related to pricing, stock, delivery time, and products to customers

Manage and monitor stock

Assist with stock replenishment planning and purchasing

Maintain customer database, quotations, orders, and opportunities

Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Warehouse, and Administration teams regarding customer needs

About you

Minimum education SMK; Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred

Experience as Internal Sales, Sales Support, Sales Admin, or similar position is an advantage
