Job summary

3111 UOB Indonesia is seeking an HR Communications & Analytics Specialist to shape employee experience through effective internal communications and data-driven insights. You will develop HR messages for intranet and emails, analyze HR data, and support HR initiatives with clear reporting to leadership.

The role requires strong English and Bahasa Indonesia skills, proficiency in Excel, HRIS reporting, Power BI, and Tableau, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internal communications, preferably within an HR context.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS reporting features, Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive internal HR communication strategies, including crafting engaging messages for various platforms (intranet, emails, presentations, etc.).
• Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to ensure consistent and timely delivery of HR-related information to employees.
• Manage and maintain HR content on internal communication channels, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources (e.g., HRIS, engagement surveys) to identify key trends, patterns, and insights.
• Prepare clear and concise reports and dashboards to present HR analytics findings to stakeholders, including HR leadership and senior management.
• Provide regular data request and needs for regulatory purposes
• Support the development and implementation of HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in the planning and execution of culture program activities and events.
