Job summary

Adecco Indonesia is partnering with a building materials and interior surface solutions company in the Sidoarjo area to hire a Sales Executive. The role focuses on developing new business, maintaining relationships with architects, designers, and contractors, and driving product presentations and quotations.

You will manage accounts, provide after-sales service, track market trends, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth orders, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in building materials or related industries.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, dealers, and other key customers through regular visits and business development activities.
• Conduct product presentations, provide technical product recommendations, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities to maximize conversion.
• Manage customer accounts by ensuring excellent after-sales service, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities while maintaining accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer pipelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.
