Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• B2B sales experience and prior supervisory or team leadership exposure are preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong presentation skills to deliver product briefings and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies with Management.
• Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets and high performance.
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build long-term customer partnerships through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
• Manage sales pipeline with forecasting, prioritization, and performance tracking.
• Analyze market trends and competitor insights to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to Management.
