Job summary

Pangkat Dua invites an experienced Interior Project Coordinator to join our Jakarta team. You will be hands-on on site, turning drawings, budgets, materials, and manpower into a fully realized interior project while collaborating with clients and workshop staff.

You will read and review working drawings and specifications, calculate material quantities, manage BOQ/RAB, and supervise workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in interior construction or fit-out projects.
• Strong reading of working drawings and shop drawings.
• Experience with RAB, BOQ, and material take-off.
• Ability to read specifications and site conditions.
• Experience coordinating workers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee interior project execution on site.
• Review drawings, specs, and site conditions.
• Calculate material quantities and manpower.
• Prepare and review RAB, BOQ, and take-off.
• Coordinate and direct workers and vendors on site.
• Communicate with clients on requirements and on-site matters.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Design Team, Procurement, and Workshop.
• Monitor progress, quality, and site issues; resolve problems.
