Job summary

PT JAE ERKA STUDIO in Bali is seeking an Interior Project Manager to oversee interior design and construction projects from conception to completion on a full-time basis.

You will plan schedules, control budgets, coordinate clients, contractors and suppliers, review drawings, ensure quality and safety, and report progress regularly. The role requires strong communication and a proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects in Bali.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PM experience in interior design/construction
• Proven multi-project management
• Knowledge of interior design principles and construction methods
• Strong organizational and time management
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specs
• Negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders
• Problem-solving in complex situations
• Knowledge of Bali building codes and regulations is advantageous
• Fluency in English; Indonesian preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate interior projects to meet timelines
• Manage project budgets and cost control
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Oversee site inspections and QA against design specs
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans
• Prepare schedules, budgets, progress reports and change orders
• Procure materials, fixtures and finishes; negotiate with vendors
• Hold regular site meetings to report status
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
