• 1+ years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, Implementation, or Client Success.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a transparent and collaborative approach.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills with an agile and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate merchant integration projects from planning through Go-Live, ensuring key activities meet timelines.
• Support transparent and collaborative project implementation with internal teams and clients.
• Track progress, identify issues, and coordinate agile resolutions with relevant teams.
• Maintain regular and transparent communication with clients and provide timely updates.
• Ensure activities follow SOPs, checklists, and documentation standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and updates with integrity and attention to detail.
• Gather client feedback and communicate insights with empathy to support product and service improvements.
• Monitor project performance and prepare updates on key results accurately and transparently.
