Job summary

Nomni is seeking a System Implementation Specialist in Indonesia to lead end-to-end deployment of enterprise solutions, from scoping to go-live. You will ensure smooth integrations, customized configurations, and timely delivery while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years experience in system implementation, preferably in POS/SaaS tech.
• Background as systems installer, solutions consultant, or project manager.
• Hands-on software installation, configuration, and API integration.
• Proven ability to manage complex client rollouts on time and within budget.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP) desirable.
• High proficiency in Excel or SQL to analyze system data.
• Excellent organizational skills to multitask across projects.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian business practices and culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage full implementation lifecycle from discovery to rollout and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and tailor Nomni’s solutions.
• Lead technical configuration, customization, and API integration.
• Serve as primary contact during implementations with clear stakeholder communication.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to unblock progress.
• Maintain documentation and timelines using project tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization of implementation practices.
