Role Description

This part-time remote Insurance Agent role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships within Constella’s professional network while identifying insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options. The Insurance Agent will conduct virtual consultations, assess client risk profiles, prepare quotes, and facilitate policy applications and renewals. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, providing clear explanations of products and services, and coordinating with insurance carriers or brokerage partners as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, staying current on industry regulations and product offerings, and contributing insights to the Constella community to help generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively advise clients and support policy placement.
• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to navigate carrier offerings and provide informed, financially sound recommendations.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to deliver responsive, clear, and empathetic support to a diverse client base.
• Relevant experience as an insurance agent, broker, or financial services professional, preferably with remote or virtual client engagement.
• Knowledge of applicable insurance regulations and compliance practices; appropriate licensing as required by jurisdiction.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities within professional networking environments.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms for remote work and client management.
• Ability to work independently, manage a flexible part-time schedule, and meet defined performance and service goals.
