Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in shipping line sales or freight forwarding.
• Excellent communication skills; English proficiency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Executive on day-to-day basis and act as internal focal point of customers’ contact on administrative work, follow up on quotations and sales inquiries via phone and email.
• Attend phone calls and handle incoming emails, redirecting relevant inquiries.
• Schedule and prepare materials to support Sales Executives for customer meetings.
• Create/update agreements and tenders in the respective system and communicate them to concerned parties.
• Create rate sheets for each trade, update market rate and space forecast weekly.
• Address client complaints, coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Jakarta. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, interpreting data and assisting to support the sales team performance. They will work closely with the Sales team and the Country Manager to analyze market trends, forecast sales, and identify opportunities for growth. The analyst will prepare reports, presentations, performance data, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Support Sales Executive on day-to-day basis and act as internal focal point of customers’ contacton administrative work, follow up on quotation and sales enquiries with phone call and email

Attending phone calls, handling incoming emailsand re-directing all relevant enquiries

Schedule and prepare materials to support Sales Executive for customer meetings

Create/update agreements and tenders in the respective system and communicate them to concerned parties

Creating Rate Sheet in each of Particular Trades, updating the market rate situation and space forecast on weekly basis

Attend to client complaints, follow up for solutions and coordinate with relevant departmentto solve the issue

Support on any other ad-hoc duties as assignedby Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Trade Manager and Country Sales Manager.

Job Requirement:

Hold a bachelor's degree.

Min. 2 year's experiences as Shipping Line sales or freight forwarder

Possess good understanding in shipping line business.

Excellent Communication Skill, English is a must.

Excellent interpersonal skills and able to handle rejection.
