Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Innovation Manager to drive transformation strategy, uncover inefficiencies, and lead the modern technology roadmap for global clients. The role focuses on bridging current TPID operations with future digital capabilities through cross-functional collaboration and rapid value delivery.

Key responsibilities include process transformation, automation with RPA and Generative AI, portfolio management, and client workshops.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or Engineering.
4–6+ years in a BPO/Shared Services or Digital Transformation environment.
Experience in Trust & Safety / Content Moderation LoB.
Proven track record implementing scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Process Transformation & Automation: Analyze operations to identify bottlenecks and implement automation with RPA, Generative AI, and ML workflows.
Pipeline & Portfolio Management: Manage end-to-end innovation pipeline from ideation to deployment and scaling.
Client Co-Creation & Consultation: Lead workshops with clients to solve service delivery challenges.
Fostering an Innovation Culture: Run internal programs like hackathons and reward systems to drive improvement.
ROI Tracking & Reporting: Define KPIs and track impact on AHT, CSAT, and cost reductions.
