Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking an Automation Engineer (RPA & AI) to join our Automation team in Jakarta. You will design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business transformation.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on RPA with UiPath or Power Automate, a BS in CS/IT/SE, and CEFR B2 English. You will collaborate with analysts and stakeholders across the lifecycle to deliver scalable, governance-compliant automations.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE/IS or related field.
3+ years hands-on RPA development using UiPath and/or Power Automate.
English proficiency CEFR B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

Assess automation opportunities with Business Analysts to map processes.
Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Platform.
Build automations that integrate with external apps and enterprise systems.
Monitor and improve deployed automations for reliability and business value.
Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements based on feedback.
Work with cross-functional teams across the automation lifecycle.
Follow development standards, governance guidelines, and best practices.
Contribute to ATI's automation capability improvements.
