Job summary

Formulatrix Indonesia seeks a Process Engineer to maintain high-quality plastic products by applying Zero Defect methodologies across production. You will analyze Moldflow simulations to determine optimal injection parameters, conduct DoE for molds, and support tooling optimization for cost efficiency and design excellence.

• Conduct Design of Experiments (DoE) for molds and support mold sampling processes.
• Continuously optimize processes and tooling designs for product quality, cost efficiency, and design excellence.
• Prepare tooling and validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for new product introductions (NPI).
• Conduct product testing, validation, and root cause analysis for plastic injection parts.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Precision Tooling, or related field.

Experience

• At least 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing, tooling, or plastic molding.
• Experience in product testing, validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ), and DoE execution.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of plastic injection materials, processes, and technologies.
• Proficient in Moldflow Simulation and Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Design of Experiments (DoE) for mold optimization.
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
