Formulatrix Indonesia is seeking a Process Engineer to optimise manufacturing processes at its Central Java site, contributing to engineering and process engineering objectives. This full-time role focuses on improving production efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness.

You will apply DoE, Moldflow analysis and IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, conduct DoE for molds, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust tooling and processes for plastic molding products.

Qualificações

• Experience in manufacturing, tooling, or plastic molding.
• Experience with product testing and IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Experience executing DoE for molds.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high-quality plastic products using Zero Defect methodologies.
• Analyze Moldflow simulation results to optimize injection parameters.
• Conduct DoE for molds and support mold sampling.
• Continuously optimize processes and tooling designs for quality and cost.
• Prepare IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for new product introductions.
• Conduct product testing, validation, and root-cause analysis for plastic parts.
