Job summary

Formulatrix Indonesia seeks a Process Engineer to maintain high-quality plastic products by applying Zero Defect methodologies across production. • Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ and DoE execution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality plastic products by applying Zero Defect methodologies across production stages.
• Analyze Moldflow simulations to optimize injection parameters.
• Conduct DoE for molds and support mold sampling processes.
• Continuously optimize processes and tooling designs for quality, cost efficiency, and design excellence.
• Prepare tooling and validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for new product introductions (NPI).
• Conduct product testing, validation, and root cause analysis for plastic injection parts.
