PT Formulatrix Indonesia seeks a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality production. This full-time role is based in Central Java, contributing to Engineering and Process Engineering goals within the company.

You will analyze injection molding processes, perform DoE, design experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency and product excellence.

Qualificações

• Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years in manufacturing, tooling, or plastic molding.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ and DoE execution.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high-quality plastics with Zero Defect methods across production stages.
• Analyze Moldflow results to set optimal injection parameters.
• Conduct DoE for molds and support mold sampling processes.
• Continuously optimize processes and tooling for quality and cost efficiency.
• Prepare IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for NPI and new products.
• Perform product testing, validation, and root cause analysis for plastic parts.
