Responsibilities

• Monitor receivables and follow up outstanding payments to support healthy cash flow.
• Maintain accurate customer data, call activities, opportunities, forecasts, and sales pipeline information in the system to support effective planning, including market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate opportunities requiring customer visits or intensive consultation with the supervisor for assignment to the designated PPSR in the appropriate territory, resulting in proper handling and follow up of opportunities.
• Validate opportunities from multiple channels (Marketing Leads, Product Manager, Major Account, etc.) to ensure qualified opportunities are followed up or assigned to the designated PPSR.
• Report call activity results into the system within 1×24 hours and elevate urgent cases immediately to the supervisor, resulting in accurate, timely, and up to date activity records to support effective monitoring.
• Plan and conduct tele sales and customer contact activities to ensure coverage in the assigned territory include validate customer need or a to add to benchmarks.
