Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama is seeking a results-oriented sales/service professional based in Jakarta to monitor receivables and support healthy cash flow while driving sales in the assigned territory.

You will provide market insights, maintain customer data and pipelines, negotiate quotes, and coordinate order-to-payment processes with customers. Fresh graduates may apply for external candidate roles; internal candidates may have related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in any major, engineering or sales-related field.
• GPA minimum 2.75.
• 1+ year experience in sales, service, or related roles; fresh graduates may apply for external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor receivables and follow up outstanding payments to support cash flow.
• Provide market condition reports and insights to support sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate customer data, opportunities, forecasts, and sales pipeline in the system.
• Conduct sales negotiations and manage order-to-payment process including invoicing and delivery coordination.
• Provide customer quotations based on solutions, specs, delivery time and pricing.
• Coordinate customer inquiries and issues during visits and communicate equipment findings to support timely resolution.
• Record visit activities and updates to maintain accurate sales information for planning.
• Plan and conduct customer visits to understand needs and generate opportunities and closures.
• Create visit activity plans to ensure effective customer coverage in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor receivables and follow up outstanding payments to support healthy cash flow, including assessing customer creditworthiness in accordance with collection procedures. - Provide reports on market conditions and lost sales within the assigned territory to deliver accurate insights that support decision making and improvement of sales strategies. - Maintain accurate and up to date customer data, opportunities, forecasts, and sales pipeline information in the system to support planning and provide insights on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity. - Conduct sales negotiations and manage the order to payment process including PO receipt, invoicing, delivery confirmation, and AR collection by coordinating with customers to convert quotes into deals and secure timely order fulfillment and payment. - Provide customer quotations based on agreed solutions, unit specifications, delivery time, term of payment and approved pricing to formalize the customer offer. - Coordinate customer inquiries and operational issues during visits, provide recommendations, and communicate inspection or equipment findings to support timely resolution and strengthen customer relationships. - Record visit activities, opportunity updates, and customer issues into the system in a timely manner to maintain accurate and up to date sales information for effective monitoring and planning. - Plan and conduct customer visits to understand customer needs, assess equipment condition, present product and service offerings, pricing, promotions, and payment options, and generate quality opportunities that lead to successful closures. - Create visit activity plans based on the customer list allocated to produce clear execution plans and ensure effective customer coverage in the assigned territory.
