Job summary

PT. Mandiri International Technology is seeking a motivated professional in Jakarta to provide daily support and maintenance of infrastructure and security solutions.

You will handle L1/L2 troubleshooting, assist with implementations and POC, monitor systems, networks, and logs, and coordinate with vendors as needed. The role requires 1–2 years in Infrastructure, Network, Systems, or Security, with knowledge of networking, Linux, SSL certificates, and basic troubleshooting, plus good Indonesian

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Infrastructure, Network, Systems, or Security.
• Understanding of basic networking, Linux, security, SSL/certificates, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with WAF/Firewalls is a plus.
• Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
