Job summary

CIMB Niaga is seeking a seasoned IT Program Manager to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and project management frameworks for large-scale IT programs in a banking environment.

The role focuses on strategy, governance, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, with leadership responsibilities across PMO, solution architecture, and cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or IT management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating and supporting IT business processes.
• Experience in banking sector or large enterprises is preferred.
• Certification such as PMP, Agile Practitioner/Agile PM, or Lean Six Sigma is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and roadmaps that align IT programs with business objectives.
• Govern IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent delivery.

Ensure the seamless integration of technical solutions and project management frameworks to deliver complex IT programs aligned with business needs. Ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT programs, aligning them with business objectives and strategic goals. This role oversees project portfolios, manages cross-functional teams, and ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Drive continuous improvement in processes, fosters collaboration, and mitigates risks to enhance overall program performance and business value.

Strategy and Planning

• Develop strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives, ensuring that program management and solution architecture deliver value to the organization.
• Establish and maintain robust IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent project delivery and solution development.
• Identify, prioritize, and allocate resources for key IT initiatives in collaboration with business
• Anticipate potential risks in program delivery and solution architecture and formulate mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Oversee the financial planning for IT programs and projects, ensuring that initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with budgetary constraints.

Business Performance and Management

• Ensure successful execution of IT projects and programs, adhering to timelines, budget, and quality expectations.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and cost-effective IT solutions that meet current and future business needs.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of the IT program management office (PMO), solution architecture, and delivery teams.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure that IT solutions align with business objectives, and maintain communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Agile approach, refining processes, and ensuring that best/good practices are followed across the IT landscape.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and/or partners, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.

People Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams across IT program management, solution architecture, and the PMO to enhance skills and improve overall performance.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or IT management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating and/supporting IT business processes.
• Having experience in organizing and handling large-scale projects in the banking sector/large enterprises/organizations is preferred.
• Certified in one of the following will be an advantage: PMP – Certified Project Management Professional, Agile Practitioner/Agile Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Willing to be placed in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
