Job summary

PT Lion Super Indo is seeking a senior strategist/PMO leader to drive execution of strategic priorities in Jakarta. The role focuses on translating strategy into roadmaps, leading governance of initiatives, and resolving cross-functional execution risks.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in strategy or transformation with 5+ years in leadership, and strong data, financial modeling, and communication skills in English. Placement: Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, information systems, or other quantitative/technical disciplines.
• Total experience minimum 8 years in Strategy, Business Transformation, Management Consulting, PMO, Corporate Planning, or related fields, with 5 years of leadership experience.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills to break down complex business challenges into actionable solutions.
• Strong data analysis and financial modeling capabilities with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders.
