Job summary

Indivara Group is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst in Jakarta with 7–10 years of experience, including 3–5 years in payments, fintech, or banking. The role focuses on bridging business and tech teams, documenting requirements, and ensuring successful payment system delivery. Strong knowledge of SQL and API integrations is a must.

The analyst will work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams handling real-time payments and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience as IT Business Analyst, with at least 3–5 years in payment systems, fintech, or banking.
• Strong understanding of payment gateways, fund transfers, virtual accounts, QR payments, card payments, remittance, reconciliation, clearing, and settlement processes.
• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements into clear specifications.
• Skilled in creating BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project environments.
• Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Familiarity with API integrations, microservices, and system integration concepts.
• Strong SQL, data analysis, and database concepts for validating requirements.
• Experience in UAT planning, test case review, defect management, and production rollout support.
• Knowledge of payment industry standards, compliance, and security practices is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Knowledge of ISO 8583, ISO 20022, PCI DSS, AML/KYC, and regulatory requirements related to payment systems.
• Experience working on projects involving real-time payments, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, or cross-border payments.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
