Job summary

VLink Inc in Jakarta leads in delivering integrated banking solutions. We seek a System Analyst to analyze business requirements, translate them into system specifications, and design applications that meet needs across multiple teams.

You will document TED and FSD, collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and Application Designers, and support SIT/UAT and Go-Live activities.

Qualifications

• Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless application integration.
• Prepare project documentation, including TED (Technical Engineering Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document).
• Analyze and perform testing of external REST APIs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and Application Designers in designing application integration requirements.
• Prepare test data and support testing activities for SIT and UAT.
• Ensure surrounding applications and system dependencies are properly coordinated and function effectively through to Go-Live.
• Provide effective troubleshooting and problem-solving support throughout the application lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Banking or a related industry.
• Proactive, disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, while coordinating effectively with other related teams.
• Strong ability to provide ideas and recommendations for continuous team and process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in the banking industry.
• Hands-on experience in project documentation, including FSD, TSD, PRD, and BAST.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding and experience with RESTful APIs.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into system solutions.

Additional Skills:

• Programming experience in Java, Kotlin, C, C++, or other programming languages.
