Job summary

Buzzohero in Jakarta is seeking an experienced KOL Specialist to onboard and manage KOLs across Nano to Mega tiers, expanding the database and building strong relationships. You will coordinate campaigns to meet brand requirements, negotiate favorable terms, and analyze KOL performance to optimize impact.

You will also manage communications with media, KOLs, and third-party agencies to drive collaborative promotions, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and outcomes across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as KOL Specialist.
• Have a huge database of Nano, Micro, Macro, Mid-tier, Mega KOL is a plus.
• Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, negotiation and problem solving.
• Strong planning skills for campaigns.
• Having good and extensive networking with KOL/communities.
• Responsible, honest, ambitious and attention to details and organized.
