Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team as we expand in Vietnam, focusing on manufacturing and mining sectors. You will develop business, manage channels, and identify project opportunities, delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Engineering, proven sales and business development experience, and fluency in English and Vietnamese.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in industrial tools or equipment.
Strong understanding of the manufacturing segments and mining industry in Vietnam.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through lead generation, negotiation, and closure.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market and manage channels.
