Ingersoll Rand Compressor Systems & Services is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive revenue and develop business in Vietnam. You will manage channels, identify project opportunities in manufacturing and mining, and build strong client relationships through effective presentations and product demonstrations.

The role requires engineering education, experience in industrial sales, and fluency in English and Vietnamese.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in sales and business development in industrial tools/equipment.
• Understanding of manufacturing segments and mining industry in Vietnam.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Results-oriented with ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Proficient with CRM software and sales tools.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
