Ingersoll Rand is expanding its Southeast Asia team and seeks a proactive Sales Engineer to drive growth across manufacturing and mining sectors. You will lead revenue generation, develop key accounts, and manage channel partners, delivering compelling technical presentations and tailored solutions.

Ideal candidates will combine technical engineering grounding with strong sales acumen, fluent English and Vietnamese, and an ability to work autonomously in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in industrial tools or equipment.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing segments and mining industry in Vietnam.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented and capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Responsabilités

• Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective lead generation, negotiation, and closure of deals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to monitor and evaluate performance against targets.
• Continuously update product knowledge, stay abreast of industry trends to position and differentiate offerings.
