The role focuses on acquiring factories and corporate clients, presenting CCTV, access control, and ELV systems, and steering the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Build strong client relationships and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• B2B sales, project sales, account management or business development experience preferred.
• Experience acquiring new customers and handling corporate clients (factories/manufacturing) is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented and able to develop new opportunities independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers, especially factories, manufacturing companies, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to expand opportunities.
• Promote CCTV, Security System, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and ELV solutions per customer needs.
• Prepare sales proposals, present, negotiate, and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Develop sales pipelines, follow up on opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
