Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a dynamic sales professional in East Jakarta to identify and reach prospective clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event organisers. You will showcase hotel facilities and services to win new business and maintain relationships for repeat revenue.

With a minimum of two years in sales, you will develop strategies, prepare forecasts, and collaborate with marketing to drive campaigns and events.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same field.
Strong communication skills and confidence.
Extensive networking with corporate, government and MICE clients.
Ready to be placed in East Jakarta.

Responsibilities

Identify and reach prospective clients including corporates, travel agencies and event organisers.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and continuity.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximise revenue.
Present hotel facilities and services to prospective clients directly and virtually.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team in implementing promotional campaigns and various events.
Handle the booking process, including contract preparation, booking confirmation, and fulfilling all client needs.
Work closely with event organisers and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of conferences, meetings, and other events at the hotel.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to client needs or issues and ensuring all requirements are met during their visit or stay.
