Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an Assistant Chief of the Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth and oversee sales performance across markets. You will support the Chief of BDO, develop strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong AI and tech skills, and excellent bilingual communication in Indonesian and English. Domestic and international travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (any major welcomed).
• Tech-savvy, AI-driven, and passionate about using AI to improve research, productivity, sales, reporting and decision-making.
• Strong exposure to sales operations, performance management, and revenue growth strategy.
• Ability to design workflows and concepts using HashMicro's AI platform with a product/engineering mindset.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and managerial decision-making.
• Discretion, discipline, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief of Business Development Officer in achieving sales targets and growth.
• Develop and execute sales and revenue strategies across target markets.
• Evaluate business development teams to improve performance and service quality.
• Conduct market profiling, competitor analysis, and commercial performance reviews.
• Assist in major client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closing.
• Review sales, financial, and operational data to support expansion decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to achieve business goals.
• Support governance, risk prevention, crisis handling, and business continuity.
