Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
3–5 years of experience in sales analytics, demand planning, or BI.
Experience in industrial sectors preferred.
Forecasting methodologies and demand planning knowledge.

Responsibilities

Analyze historical sales performance and demand patterns to develop accurate forecasts.
Support monthly and quarterly sales forecasting with data-driven recommendations.
Monitor forecast accuracy and identify gaps between forecast, sales and demand.
Develop sales performance dashboards and reports for management reviews.
Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production and Logistics to improve demand visibility and S&OP processes.
