Job summary

Samora Group in Bekasi is seeking a seasoned Industrial Relations Specialist with a law degree to reinforce HR compliance, labor relations, and dispute resolution.

You will guide line managers, represent the company in bipartite and tripartite forums including PHI, monitor labour law changes, and drive CSR and employee engagement programs. Proficiency in MS Office and data-driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and industrial relations practices.
• Experience handling more than one labor union.
• Experience representing the company in Industrial Relations Court (PHI) proceedings.
• Capable of managing bipartite and tripartite industrial relations activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.
• Excellent communication, strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Hold professional certifications such as Certified HR Supervisor, HR Business Partner (HRBP), Industrial Relations (IR).

Responsibilities

Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations, preferably in FMCG Manufacturing, Plantation, or Construction industries.

In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, employment regulations, and industrial relations practices.

Experienced in handling more than one labor union

Experienced in representing the company in Industrial Relations Court (PHI) proceedings.

Capable of managing bipartite and tripartite industrial relations activities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at an Intermediate level.

• Provide expert guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
• Represent the company in bipartite, tripartite, mediation, conciliation, and Industrial Relations Court (PHI) proceedings.
• Monitoring changes in employment legislation and collective bargaining agreements, and ensuring compliance.
• Planning, Implementating, Facilitating, Monitoring and Evaluating of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Programs , Company Internal Programs and Employee Engagement Programs.
• Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture.
