SAMORA GROUP in Jakarta is seeking a Total Productive Maintenance Department Manager with a strong background in TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and cross‑functional manufacturing leadership to drive reliability and performance.
You will develop TPM strategies, lead pillar deployment, drive OEE improvements, coordinate RCA, and report KPIs to management while coaching teams across Production, Engineering, Quality, and HSE.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, or Engineering functions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification), Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
Proven experience in driving OEE improvement, downtime reduction, and productivity enhancement projects.
Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives within manufacturing environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to be based at Head Office (Thamrin, Central Jakarta) and travel frequently to operating units/ factories.
Develop and implement TPM strategies and programs to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
Lead TPM pillar deployment and Continuous Improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Drive OEE improvement through loss elimination, downtime reduction, and process optimization activities.
Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation for operational issues.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and HSE teams to improve plant performance.
Monitor TPM and Operational Excellence KPIs and provide regular performance reports to management.
Lead TPM training, coaching, and capability development programs for employees.
