Job summary

PT Valmet Technology Center in Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager to lead project execution from order release to closure, ensuring scope, costs, schedules, and delivery commitments are met. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering related to machinery and industrial technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, workshop operations, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial service.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer projects in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage project execution from order release through completion and closure.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, execution follow-up, and reporting in accordance with the Global Project Delivery Model.
• Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and targets to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure project scope, costs, schedules, and delivery commitments are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate project activities among Customer Service, Workshop Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and other stakeholders.
• Identify risks, delays, and deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Review completed projects, summarize performance, and communicate key deviations.
• Act as the primary customer contact during project execution.
• Support on-time delivery performance for customers.
• Facilitate customer visits and project review meetings.
