Job summary

ABB Motion is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to lead growth in Indonesia, focusing on Motion High Power Motors, MOHP, Large Motors and System Drives solutions.

You will build strong customer and partner relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver value-driven solutions that improve productivity and sustainability. Travel across East Indonesia is required; strong Bahasa Indonesia and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical sales within industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of motors, drives or rotating equipment.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/SAP) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively across East Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of ABB Motion High Performance Motors and Large Motors and System Drives in Indonesia.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Support administrative sales processes and cash collection when needed.
