Qualifications

• Advanced experience with AutoCAD and MS Excel/Access for complex data analysis.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience or qualifications
• Strong presentation skills and ability to present to leadership teams
• Experience working with multifunctional teams and projects

Responsibilities

• Direct and control staff and optimize staffing levels.
• Manage capacity modelling and throughput planning to improve asset utilization.
• Develop cost and productivity models to reduce production costs.
• Coordinate layout planning and tool space optimization for efficiency.
• Lead benchmarking and KPI development to drive manufacturing excellence
